Founder
Realm was founded by Natalie Bannister. Natalie has in excess of 30 years' experience working as a lawyer and partner in some of Australia's largest and most successful law firms. She has held leadership positions at those firms, managed large teams of lawyers and an impressive portfolio of clients.
She takes a client-centric, no-nonsense approach to her work and is passionate about improving the way legal services are provided to clients.
Director of Technology
Liam O'Kane is Realm's Director of Technology. He works across design and engineering, and cares most about interfaces that feel obvious and tech that "just works".
He has experience building FinTech apps and SDKs for millions of monthly users, and understands the importance of robust and performant software.
