Resolve

Realm Resolve is a Microsoft Word add-in that takes the admin out of contract negotiation. Every version is captured automatically, time-stamped and secure, and each party sees only what's intended for them. Markups from the other side, whether made in Realm or plain Word, are checked against the prior version, so stray insertions and deletions can't slip through. There's no manual version saving, no repeated compares, and no untangling markups from multiple hands.

Advice reaches the client as simple negotiation cards: the issue, your recommendation and the proposed change, all on one screen. The client accepts, rejects or flags each point for discussion, and the document updates itself. Every point has to be actioned, so nothing is missed, and there are no comments to strip out before the next turn.
