Rise

We understand that firms want juniors contributing quickly without pulling seniors away from billable work. Rise is software where juniors complete interactive tasks in drafting, research, and document review, and get graded on each attempt.

The early years often take the most senior time because juniors need feedback to reach a usable first cut. Realm addresses that by comparing each task against your gold-standard documents and returning a graded redline, so juniors can repeat and improve without waiting on a senior.

Seniors can step in to review manually when it matters, and those reviews feed future automated grading. Monthly leaderboards keep cohorts practising. Realm helps juniors keep developing instead of finishing a course and stopping.
